- IP address for analytics, fraud prevention, and approximate location

We may receive data from Stripe for transaction status, Google Analytics for anonymized usage statistics, and our database hosting provider once selected.

Roast Station uses Google AdSense to display advertisements on the Site. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our Site and/or other sites on the internet.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ad Settings. 8. Data Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest, access controls, hashed passwords, and Stripe for PCI-compliant payment handling. No method is 100% secure. We will notify affected users within 72 hours of a confirmed data breach, as required by GDPR and the NY SHIELD Act.
9. Data Protection Officer
We do not currently appoint a Data Protection Officer, but we will do so if required by applicable law.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
11. International Data Transfers
Roaststation LLC is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. For transfers from the EU, EEA, or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
